ezCater: Delivering millions in GMV with search experience improvements

Delivered a series of search and discovery improvements that transformed ezCater’s core marketplace experience into a more efficient way for customers to find the right restaurant, compare menu options, and place large-scale catering orders.

Based on a wealth of ordering data, merchandised personalized order recommendations to help guide customers to the most reliable options that align with their overall cuisine, dietary, and per person food cost preferences.

  • Aligned UX strategy with company scorecard metrics to deliver tens of millions in annualized GMV impact.

  • Launched a new monetization model that improved CTR and CVR by providing more relevancy in the search experience.


ezCater: Increasing Relish orders and reviews with a Slack app integration

Launched a Slack app that expanded ezCater’s product beyond a “destination marketplace” into a series of ordering experiences embedded directly within popular workplace apps like Slack, Google Calendar, and MS Teams.

  • Developed and led new product strategy for capturing larger share of corporate wallet via embedded ordering experiences.

  • Saw nearly 100% of all pilot company user accounts connected to ezCater Slack app within first 10 days.

  • Delivered substantial increase in pilot company order volume in the first 60 days (over existing Relish app and web experience).

  • 60-day increase in pilot company reviews with majority of their Relish orders now being reviewed natively in Slack.


Vimeo: Driving enterprise growth with a simplified live stream studio

Launched Vimeo Events, a new live streaming platform that enables broadcasters a simplified way to produce and promote virtual events and “go live” within a browser-based, studio-quality streaming package.

  • Helped increase Vimeo’s overall enterprise team usage and contribute to over $100M in annual recurring revenue.

  • The live stream platform Increased annual subscriber retention by 10% and CSAT by 18% while supporting high rate of revenue growth.

Vimeo: Increasing retention and LTV for Vimeo’s AI-based editor
